The Wellness Hub
The Wellness Hub offers free, stigma-free mental health and substance use prevention resources, practical tools, and guidance designed for the Ghanaian community, helping you support yourself or someone you love.
Community Voices – Stories of Strength
Once programs launch, we will share authentic stories – with full consent – focusing on growth, connection, and quiet empowerment. No case studies of struggle, but real accounts of people thriving!
“The goal is not to fix people. It is to make sure no one has to face hard moments alone.” – EviHealth Nkabom
We will always safeguard consent, ownership, and highlight the person’s strengths.

Roadmap – From Foundation to Scale
Step‑by‑step evidence‑driven growth.
- Foundation (Current): Build partnerships, finalize governance, grow awareness and advocacy, and complete digital design.
- Pilot Launch (Q3 2026): Launch first community awareness program and digital pilot in a CHPS-linked village; begin data collection.
- Evidence & Evaluation (Q4 2026–Q1 2027): Analyze 6-month data, publish findings, and secure long-term funding.
- Responsible Scale-Up (2027+): Expand to more communities and strengthen advocacy at the national policy level.
Digital Access – Bridging Distance & Cost
For rural Ghanaians, distance and cost are real barriers. We are designing a voice-first platform using existing phone infrastructure – no data required – and local languages (Twi, Ga, Ewe, Dagbani).
Current Milestones:
Landscape analysis: Zimbabwe (Friendship Bench), Kenya (CAMEO, MyDawa), South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana.
Voice-architecture: built for basic phones & local languages.
Governance: framework in consultation with Ghana Psychology Council.
Evidence: SMS & voice interventions significantly improve wellbeing in Sub-Saharan Africa.
